Before Your Cleaning
Since we do our best to adjust our work to the houses specific needs during each visit, we provide a 10-20 minute window for arrival, around our agreed upon appointment time, for our next client, which in this case is you!
When can I expect your team to arrive?
Breeze The Cleaning Team operates in partners of 2, that divide the work equally according to their specialty, to ensure every inch of your home receives the attention and care it deserves!!
How many cleaners come to my home?
Our fee works on a cost-of-job done basis! Which means whether we work 1 hour of 3, the price for your home remains the same! We take into account things like: number of bathrooms, floors, kitchen work, number of rooms, and frequency of cleaning!
How do you charge per home?
We typically provide our own cleaning supplies including a vacuum! But of course, if there's any specific product you have for us to use, then we would me more than happy to do so! You know best what works in your home!
Do I need to have my own cleaning supplies?
During our free home visit, we get a chance to know eachother, have some laughs, tell a few stories, get a feel for the state and size of the home and lastly, discuss pricing! We do this to make sure that we are giving you the fairest price we could give!
What happens when you quote my home?
Have some breakfast and relax! We are on our way! We're here to help! And we'll do a good job!
What should I do before you arrive!
During Your Cleaning
We don't provide times on our cleaning, since each house, and each visit has its own particular needs and requirements! We are committed to reaching them and so our visit may vary in length, if only by a few minutes!!
How long does a regular cleaning take?
We pride ourselves on using only environmentally conscious products to service our clients, however, we understand that our clients might had preferences over certain products, and these are preferences that we will gladly accommodate in a heartbeat!
What kind of products do you use?
YES! We love the furry little members of your family almost as much as you do! We do our best to make sure they're as comfortable around us as we are around them! All of our products are non-harmful to ensure the safety of your and your pets!
Are you pet friendly?
Not If you don't want to! We understand that life is busy and our main goal is to help out as much as we can! If you are home, then we will be extra careful to work around each other to be less of a bother and to stay safer during these hard times!
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No need to worry! Each and every member of our team is bonded and insured to protect you and your home. We do our best to be certain no accident takes place in your home, but hey, we're only human, and its always nice to have a little protection!
What happens if something breaks during cleaning?
After Your Cleaning
That is a non-issue! We don't have a fee for cancelling or rescheduling! Life can randomly and suddenly change on us and non one should be punished for that!
What if I need to change or cancel my next cleaning?
Our preferred method are cash or e-transfer and that seems to also be the preferred methods of most of our clients! If you have a different preference then there is no issue! We are just hoping someone will pay us in gold coins one day!
